B. Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI)

1.3 Use of Information
We use collected data to:
- Provide and maintain services
- Process billing and payments

- Meet legal and regulatory obligations
- Improve service performance
CPNI is used strictly in accordance with FCC regulations.
1.4 CPNI Compliance
We follow FCC CPNI rules including:
- Customer authentication before disclosure
- Restricted internal access
- No unauthorized marketing use
- Breach notification procedures
1.5 Data Sharing
We do NOT sell personal data.
We may share data with:
- Service providers (hosting, billing, infrastructure)

SECTION 2: DATA PROCESSING ADDENDUM (DPA)

This DPA applies to business customers where Team Up Telecom processes personal data on behalf of the customer.
2.2 Roles
- Customer = Data Controller
- Team Up Telecom = Data Processor
2.3 Processing Details
We process data only to:
- Provide VoIP services
- Support customer operations
- Maintain infrastructure
2.4 Security Measures
We implement:
- Encryption
- Access controls
- Staff confidentiality agreements
2.5 Subprocessors
We may use subprocessors (e.g., cloud providers). All are contractually bound to protect data.
2.6 Data Breach
We will notify customers promptly upon discovery of a breach affecting their data.

Upon termination, data will be deleted or returned upon request unless legally required to retain.
SECTION 3: ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY (AUP)
3.1 Prohibited Uses
Customers may NOT use services to:
- Violate laws or regulations
- Transmit spam or robocalls illegally
- Engage in fraud or phishing
- Distribute malware
- Harass or threaten others
3.2 Network Abuse
Prohibited activities include:
- Unauthorized access attempts
- Interference with network operations
- Excessive or abusive usage
3.3 Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate services for violations.
SECTION 4: LAW ENFORCEMENT REQUEST POLICY
4.1 Disclosure Requirements
We only disclose data when:
- Required by subpoena, warrant, or court order
- Required by law or regulatory authority
4.2 Emergency Requests
In emergencies involving risk of harm, we may disclose data consistent with applicable law.
4.3 CPNI Protection
All law enforcement requests involving CPNI are handled in compliance with FCC regulations.
