TERMS OF SERVICE

1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Team Up Telecom (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) services, applications, and related offerings (“Services”).

By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


2. SERVICES PROVIDED

Team Up Telecom provides VoIP telecommunications services, including:

  • Voice calling (local, long-distance, international)
  • Messaging and related communication features
  • Hosted PBX and business communication tools

Services may be modified, updated, or discontinued at any time.


3. ELIGIBILITY

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have legal authority to enter into this agreement
  • Provide accurate account information

4. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
  • Notify us of unauthorized use
  • Ensure account information is accurate

You are responsible for all activity under your account.


5. PAYMENT TERMS

5.1 Fees

You agree to pay all applicable:

  • Subscription fees
  • Usage charges
  • Taxes and surcharges

5.2 Billing

  • Services may be billed monthly or as otherwise agreed
  • Payments are due upon invoice unless otherwise stated

5.3 Late Payments

We may:

  • Suspend or terminate services
  • Charge late fees where permitted by law

6. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree NOT to use the Services to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Transmit unlawful robocalls or spam
  • Engage in fraud, phishing, or harassment
  • Distribute malware or harmful content
  • Interfere with network operations

Violation may result in suspension or termination.


7. EMERGENCY SERVICES (E911 LIMITATIONS)

VoIP services differ from traditional telephone services.

  • E911 may require you to register your location
  • Service may not function during:
    • Power outages
    • Internet disruptions
    • Service suspensions

You acknowledge these limitations and agree to maintain alternative communication methods for emergencies.


8. FCC & CPNI COMPLIANCE

We comply with rules set by the Federal Communications Commission, including Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI) protections.

You agree that:

  • We may collect and use service-related data as required
  • Access to account information requires authentication

9. NUMBER PORTING

9.1 Porting In

You authorize us to transfer your number from your existing provider.

9.2 Porting Out

You may transfer your number to another provider, subject to:

  • Account verification
  • Outstanding balances

We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties.


10. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Service may be affected by:

  • Internet connectivity
  • Network congestion
  • Third-party providers

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All software, systems, and content remain the property of Team Up Telecom or its licensors.

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer systems
  • Copy or distribute proprietary materials

12. PRIVACY

Your use of Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.


13. TERMINATION

13.1 By You

You may terminate services according to your service plan.

13.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate services for:

  • Non-payment
  • Violation of Terms
  • Legal or regulatory requirements

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are NOT liable for:
    • Indirect or consequential damages
    • Loss of profits or data
    • Service interruptions

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the previous 3 months.


15. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Team Up Telecom from claims arising from:

  • Your use of Services
  • Violations of these Terms
  • Violations of law

16. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our Services may rely on third-party providers. We are not responsible for their performance or failures.


17. REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

You agree to comply with:

  • U.S. telecommunications laws
  • Anti-robocall and anti-spam regulations
  • Export control laws

18. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

18.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Insert State].

18.2 Arbitration (Optional)

Disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration unless prohibited by law.


19. CHANGES TO TERMS
